Evolve Flow

This 60 minute flowing form of yoga will help you clarify, relax, focus and concentrate. All levels are accommodated in this vigorous and challenging class. 

A Few Tips

These classes are designed for expecting mothers or women trying to get pregnant.  This class is design to help new mom relax and remain active during the pregnancy.  The class will help to build body awareness, teaching breathing techniques and prepare the body for birth.  If you are new to yoga or exercise, consult for physician before beginning a new exercise regimen.   Please contact the studio if you are interested in the next series.  Our next series begins May 7.  Contact us for more information, info@evolveyogaandwellness.com

This is a class designed for the early risers. We will wake the body up with a energetic vinyasa practice and then prepare the mind for the day by meditating to close class. 

What should I bring with me to class? 

  • A mat if you have one

  • ​Water
  • Towel
  • A Smile

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to class and we ask that your turn off your cell phone at the studio.  


Our standard 60 minute flow class with emphasis on the foundational postures, deepening the student's knowledge of alignment and physical condition (blocks, straps and other props provided.)  Postures will be broken down into "baby steps" with an added bonus of extended focus on core strength.



Pre-natal Yoga

Core Functional Fitness/Flow

Similar to our All Levels Yoga or Evolve Flow, this is a smooth flow class that costs $6 as an offering to our community. Great for beginners and seasoned practitioners alike.

This class is for Kids ages 6-9. We will shake out our wiggles, howl like the wind, and move like animals. Our intention is to have fun and explore yoga. We recommend that parents do not stay at the studio during class. Children are more engaged with the class when the parents are not in the studio. So, go grab a coffee and relax while the kids have fun with yoga. Parents must sign a liability form before a child can participate in the class. Due to the popularity of this class, we ask that parents register their children ahead of time to ensure there is room.

Core Functional Fitness/Flow is a functional method of movement that addresses postures, movements and body alignment from the ground up, both on and off the mat.  The focus is how the body communicates with itself for a functional, applicable movement specified to one's needs.  CFF is your life!  Your core is more than just sit-ups and flailing limbs, your core is everything you do. In the Core Functional Flow classes we integrate the concepts of CFF into a yoga class.

Teen Yoga

Rise and Shine

Double trouble, that's for sure. Having twins is one of life's greatest joys. But ask some twin-moms, and they'll tell you it's also one heck of a job. Get exert tips on raising fraternal and identical twins. 

This class is designed for you to evolve. Each teacher will take their individual spin on helping you move from one pose to the other through an energetic vinyasa practice. Bringing harmony into your being. You will learn enjoy the present moment and experience all the little joys of daily life!

Yin Yoga

The essence of Yin Yoga is surrender. To balance the heat-building, blood-pumping, strengthening "yang" side of our yoga practice and life. Yin focuses on postures that lengthen the muscles surrounding the hips, pelvis, and lower back. Yin helps to lengthen the connective tissue that surrounds the joints and increase its elasticity. The elasticity of our connective tissue diminishes with physical activity and aging, which makes Yin essential for injury prevention and joint health. Yin restores energy and calms the nervous system. Pure bliss!

Yin-Yang Yoga provides the benefits of a balanced practice of Yin and Yang styles of yoga. Class will explore the more active Yang style of movement as well as a series of Yin postures that will target the hips, thighs, and lower spine. The Yang style of yoga will increased strength, flexibility and stamina. This class is designed for all abilities, beginners to advanced, athletes to the non-athletes.

Yoga FUNdamentals

This class is a great place to explore the foundations of yoga whether you are a beginner or a seasoned yogi. With an emphasis on body awareness and structural integrity.  This class is a vinyasa flow with opportunity to break down various aspects of the practice.
